The Sales Associate represents HUGO BOSS at its BOSS Outlet in Clinton, delivering exceptional customer service, developing client relationships and supporting store operations and Health & Safety compliance. This is a temporary, part-time role with base pay of $17–$17.50 per hour, plus commission; offers are based on relevant qualifications and other market and organizational factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience and represent HUGO BOSS positively to customers.
- Drive sales through relationship selling, client-base development and exemplary customer service.
- Use effective communication and problem-solving skills to serve customers and support business with the merchant group.
- Present merchandise in a way that showcases the brand.
- Execute standard operating procedures and follow company policies.
- Build relationships with the local community through personal involvement, public relations events and advertising opportunities.
- Support store management in implementing Health & Safety policies and operational procedures through provided training and guidance.
- Follow local laws and regulations and HUGO BOSS Health & Safety standards.
- Contribute to operational strategies that support positive operating profits.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of specialty retail sales experience.
- Strong customer service and selling experience.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented and entrepreneurial.
- Strong business acumen, communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.
