HUGO BOSS seeks a Sales Associate for BOSS Store Madrid Airport T4 on a permanent, part-time contract of 16 hours per week, working Saturdays and Sundays. The role focuses on excellent customer service, CRM data quality, store and individual performance targets, transaction support, and loss prevention and stock operations; shifts are 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m. or 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., each with a 30-minute break.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service while building a loyal base of repeat customers.
- Gather and maintain the quality of CRM data.
- Contribute to the store’s performance targets and individual KPIs.
- Support transaction, complaint and return handling.
- Participate in regular training to support ongoing development.
- Support loss prevention and stock management operations.
- Use business systems and the latest technology proficiently.
- Drive the use of available tools and ensure procedures are executed and policies followed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Sales Associate in an airport environment; luxury retail experience is a plus.
- AVSEC Certificate is highly valued.
- High level of English (B2–C1); fluent English speaking ability.
- French is a plus.
- Immediate availability.
- Previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience, with an excellent understanding of the premium fashion industry.
- Made-to-measure experience is required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
- Strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to business needs.
- Willingness to learn and develop continuously.
- High cultural knowledge and awareness.
- Proactive and positive attitude.
