Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional shopping experience and present HUGO BOSS positively through compelling merchandise displays and effective store operations.
• Train and develop staff, serve customers exceptionally, support the merchant group in driving business, and resolve problems through effective communication.
• Lead the team in supporting sales, profit and loss management, and inventory control.
• Build a goal-oriented selling culture focused on relationship selling, client development, and exceptional service.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures through regular management and staff meetings, store walk-throughs, and audits.
• Monitor performance, provide direction, and take corrective action when needed.
• Build community relationships through personal involvement, public relations events, and advertising opportunities.
• Evaluate performance issues continuously and actively recruit candidates.
• Work varied hours and days to oversee store operations.
• Ensure Health & Safety requirements are fulfilled and empower store staff to uphold high standards in support of store management.
• Maintain knowledge of Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure Health & Safety documentation is recorded and maintained.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of specialty retail management experience.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial.
• Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to process information and merchandise using computer and point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to communicate with associates and guests.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Skills

Experience

2–3 years of specialty retail management experience.

Education

A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
