HUGO BOSS is hiring a Retail Supervisor for its BOSS Store at C.C. La Cañada in Marbella. The role supervises and develops the sales-floor team, supports performance targets and customer experience, and is offered on a fixed-term contract to cover a long-term position; the source also describes it as an IT position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise, assist and motivate sales-floor team members to achieve individual and store performance targets and KPIs.
- Support the management team in implementing action plans to achieve short- and long-term targets.
- Coach, develop and train team members to improve their product and selling skills.
- Promote a customer-centric mindset to build a loyal customer base.
- Drive the use of available tools and ensure procedures are executed and policies followed.
- Monitor competitors and local markets, sharing relevant findings with the Area Manager and retail team.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar management role within a fashion and lifestyle retail environment.
- Passion for leading, motivating and training team members through active supervision.
- Flexibility and adaptability to business needs.
- Strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge.
- Willingness to continually learn and develop.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
- Experience in networking and building relationships.
- High level of English; C1 is an advantage. Knowledge of another language is a plus.
- Knowledge of luxury retail store operations.
