Role & Responsibilities

• Optimize the sales experience with the team, promote premium products and excellent service, and build customer loyalty.
• Analyze and manage department development, KPIs, and sales targets in close coordination with Store Management.
• Implement visual merchandising standards with the Visual Merchandising team and maintain an inspiring brand image in the store.
• Support the onboarding and development of new employees and conduct regular individual employee discussions.
• Use digital tools, including StorIQ and Click & Collect, to contribute to a modern, seamless shopping experience.
• Create a welcoming experience for discerning customers, from regular clients to VIPs, through a passion for BOSS, strong hospitality, and discreet, attentive service.
• Support the Store Manager in the professional leadership of the team and deliver excellent shopping experiences through outstanding product presentation and personal customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of retail experience and successfully completed vocational training; initial leadership experience is preferred.
• A strong hospitality mindset and excellent service orientation, with the ability to communicate with customers, build relationships, and share enthusiasm for fashion with regular clients and VIP guests.
• Strong sales communication and organizational skills; confidence working with high customer volumes; responsibility, decisiveness, and a goal-oriented approach.
• Fluent German; additional foreign languages, such as English or French, are preferred.
• Availability for weekend work, especially Saturdays, and enthusiasm for being present when customers particularly enjoy shopping at Neuer Wall.
