The Store Manager leads HUGO BOSS store operations in Orlando, Florida, delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales and profitability, managing inventory and developing the team. The role is full-time and includes responsibility for recruitment, performance management, operating standards and Health & Safety.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience and present HUGO BOSS merchandise to convey a positive brand impression.
- Execute operational strategies to support positive operating profits.
- Train and develop staff through effective communication; deliver exceptional customer service, drive business with the merchant group, and resolve problems.
- Achieve positive results in sales, profit and loss management, and inventory control.
- Build a goal-oriented selling culture focused on relationship selling, developing a client base, and exceptional service.
- Ensure standard operating procedures are executed and policies are followed.
- Build community relationships through personal involvement, PR events, and advertising opportunities.
- Manage staff activities, including hiring, training, appraising, rewarding, motivating, and disciplining employees.
- Monitor performance, provide direction, and take corrective action when needed.
- Evaluate and respond to performance issues, and actively recruit candidates.
- Lead, motivate, develop, and inspire the team while fostering an empowered organization.
- Ensure Health & Safety requirements are met and empower store staff to uphold high standards, supporting store management in this area.
- Maintain knowledge of Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure Health & Safety documentation is accurately recorded and maintained.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Strong customer service and selling experience.
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to process information and merchandise through computer and POS register systems.
- Ability to communicate with associates, guests, and management.
- Ability to work varied hours and days to oversee store operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.

5 years of Specialty Retail Management experience
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
