The Sales Associate represents HUGO BOSS by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, driving relationship-based sales, maintaining product knowledge and supporting merchandising and store operations. This is a full-time role at the Macy’s shop in Scottsdale, with base pay of $17–$18.50 per hour, plus commission.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience that represents HUGO BOSS.
- Drive sales through relationship selling, client-base development and service to customers; work with the merchant group and resolve problems.
- Maintain knowledge of products, product lines, promotions and advertisements.
- Build relationships with the local community through personal involvement, public relations events and advertising opportunities.
- Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently and maintain cash and media accountability at point-of-sale registers.
- Assist with merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping.
- Follow and execute company policies, procedures and practices, including signage, pricing and loss prevention.
- Showcase merchandise through engaging presentations and execute operational strategies that support positive operating profits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 2–3 years of specialty retail sales experience.
- Strong customer service and selling experience.
- Independent, self-motivated and detail-oriented, with communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.
