Starting September 1, 2027, the Retail Sales Apprentice will train at the HUGO BOSS Outlet in Outletcity Metzingen, learning retail operations, customer advising, sales, visual merchandising, checkout and stockroom processes. School-based training is in cooperation with Georg-Goldstein-Schule in Bad Urach; the three-year apprenticeship pays €1,090 monthly in year one, €1,210 in year two and €1,350 in year three.
Role & Responsibilities
- Gain insight into retail operations and work with the team on current trends and styles.
- Advise customers and sell premium collections in a modern, authentic manner.
- Independently support the BOSS shop, helping shape sales figures, orders and other retail success factors.
- Implement visual merchandising concepts using creativity and an eye for presentation.
- Learn checkout processes and respond to customer complaints in a friendly, professional manner.
- Support projects and stockroom processes while developing skills that contribute to the company’s success.
- Complete school-based training in cooperation with Georg-Goldstein-Schule in Bad Urach.
Qualifications
- Very good Hauptschulabschluss (grade 1–2) or a good Realschulabschluss.
- An open, communicative approach and enjoyment of engaging with people.
- Previous customer-advisory experience through an internship or temporary work is of interest.
- Ability to envisage working in one of the company’s outlets after completing the apprenticeship.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 1,090 per month.
