HUGO BOSS is recruiting a Retail Sales Apprentice for its BOSS Store on Königstraße in Stuttgart, starting 1 September 2027. The apprenticeship combines retail operations, customer advice, sales, visual merchandising and stockroom processes, with school-based training through Kaufmännische Schule 1; monthly remuneration is €1,090 in year one, €1,210 in year two and €1,350 in year three.
Role & Responsibilities
- Learn retail operations and work with the latest trends and styles alongside store teams.
- Advise customers and sell premium collections in a modern, authentic manner.
- Independently manage the BOSS shop, gaining insight into sales and helping shape sales figures, orders and other retail success factors.
- Implement creative and innovative concepts using visual merchandising skills.
- Learn checkout processes and respond to customer complaints with a friendly, professional approach.
- Support projects and stockroom processes while developing skills and contributing to the company’s success.
- Complete the school-based part of the apprenticeship in Stuttgart in cooperation with Kaufmännische Schule 1.
Qualifications
- Very good Hauptschulabschluss (grades 1–2) or a good Realschulabschluss.
- Open and communicative, with an enjoyment of approaching people.
- Experience in customer advice gained through an internship or temporary support role is of interest.
- Willingness to consider working in one of the company’s outlets after completing the apprenticeship.
