HUGO BOSS is recruiting a Retail Sales Apprentice for its BOSS Outlet in Neumünster, with training beginning on 1 September 2027. The apprenticeship combines retail operations, customer advice, sales, visual merchandising, checkout and stock processes, with school-based training in cooperation with Theodor-Litt-Schule.
Role & Responsibilities
- Learn retail operations and work with the team on current trends and styles.
- Advise customers and sell high-quality collections in a modern, authentic manner.
- Independently support the BOSS store, gaining insight into sales and contributing to sales figures, orders and other retail success factors.
- Apply creative and visual merchandising skills to implement engaging, innovative concepts.
- Learn checkout processes and respond to customer complaints with a friendly, professional approach.
- Support projects and stock processes, developing skills and contributing to the company’s success.
- Complete the school-based part of the training in Neumünster in cooperation with Theodor-Litt-Schule.
Qualifications
- Very good Hauptschulabschluss (grade 1–2) or good Realschulabschluss; personality, strengths and interests are also considered.
- Outgoing and communicative, with an enjoyment of approaching people.
- Experience in customer advice through an internship or temporary support role is of interest.
- Interest in working in a store, outlet or shop after completing the apprenticeship.
