HUGO BOSS is recruiting a Retail Sales Apprentice for its BOSS Store in Konstanz, starting September 1, 2027. The apprenticeship covers customer advice and sales, store operations, visual merchandising, checkout procedures, projects and stockroom processes, with academic training in cooperation with Wessenberg-Schule Konstanz.
Role & Responsibilities
- Learn retail operations and work with the team on current trends and styles.
- Advise customers and sell premium collections in a modern, authentic manner.
- Independently support the BOSS Store, gaining insight into sales and helping shape sales figures, orders and other retail success factors.
- Implement engaging, innovative concepts using creativity and visual merchandising awareness.
- Learn checkout processes, respond to customer complaints and help customers feel well cared for through a friendly, professional approach.
- Support projects and stockroom processes while developing skills and contributing to the company’s success.
- Complete the academic component of the apprenticeship in cooperation with Wessenberg-Schule Konstanz.
Qualifications
- Very good Hauptschulabschluss (grades 1–2) or good Realschulabschluss; grades matter, but personality, strengths and interests are also central.
- Open and communicative, with an enjoyment of approaching people.
- Experience in advising customers through an internship or temporary work is of interest.
- Able to envisage working in one of the company’s stores, outlets or shops after completing the apprenticeship.

Education
Very good Hauptschulabschluss (grades 1–2) or good Realschulabschluss; the academic component is delivered in cooperation with Wessenberg-Schule Konstanz.
