The Retail Keyholder at HUGO BOSS’s BOSS Store in Sainte-Foy supports store operations through opening and closing duties, cash handling, security, merchandising, inventory processing, and client service. This is a full-time position with scheduled opening and closing shifts, including weekend availability.
Role & Responsibilities
- Work scheduled opening or closing shifts.
- Follow opening and closing cash-handling policies and procedures.
- Complete opening and closing procedures using StorIQ checklists.
- Keep the store clean and organized.
- Operate the alarm system, including setting and disarming it.
- Ensure the alarm system is working properly, troubleshoot issues, and escalate them as needed.
- Oversee janitorial services and deliveries as needed.
- Identify issues with working conditions and communicate them to management.
- Process returns, exchanges, and discounts or promotions at the point of sale as needed.
- Process shipments and inter-store transfers.
- Execute markdowns as needed.
- Merchandise and replenish products as needed.
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain strong communication with sales associates, support staff, managers, corporate personnel, and customers.
- Understand, communicate, and execute all store operations policies and procedures.
- Ensure all relevant health and safety conditions are met.
- Maintain accurate health and safety documentation.
- Deliver exceptional client service, with a focus on driving sales and service.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of retail experience.
- Attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills.
- Availability for early and late shifts, as well as weekends.
- Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and selling experience.
- Professional demeanor and a friendly nature.
