The Recruiter coordinates recruiting processes across European markets, managing operational activities, interview workflows, data quality and process compliance while supporting digital solutions and continuous improvement. The role requires 2–4 years of relevant professional experience; a Shared Service Center or Global Business Services background is an advantage. This is a full-time position with an unlimited contract.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute and coordinate recruiting processes across multiple European markets, ensuring efficient, digital and standardized delivery.
- Manage administrative and transactional recruiting activities using recruiting technologies, automation solutions and AI-enabled tools.
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates, Hiring Managers and HR stakeholders through digital, technology-driven workflows.
- Maintain high data quality and ensure compliance with recruiting processes, defined standards, governance requirements and service level agreements.
- Serve as an operational contact for recruiting-related inquiries and support adoption of digital recruiting solutions and best practices.
- Contribute to process standardization, automation initiatives and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, scalability and user experience.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting recruitment processes in a structured, service-oriented and high-volume environment.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR systems, workflow solutions and digital recruiting technologies.
- Strong affinity for digitalization, automation and AI-enabled tools, with the ability to use technology to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality, accuracy and process compliance.
Skills
Experience
2–4 years of professional experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Administration or a comparable operational HR environment; experience in a Shared Service Center (SSC), Global Business Services (GBS) environment or another highly process-driven organization is an advantage.
