  • Organise regular hub and market marketing meetings, with clear agendas, decisions, next steps and follow-up.
  • Work with Market Marketing Team Leaders to keep local plans and calendars current and align hub priorities with market execution.
  • Track timelines, owners and deliverables, following up on risks, delays and open points.
  • Support the rollout of global campaign books and toolkits across the Western Europe Hub.
  • Translate global guidelines into clear priorities, messages and activation opportunities for local teams.
  • Consolidate market and channel input into a single Western Europe 360° overview.

  • Work with Consumer Insights & Data Analytics to consolidate relevant KPIs and performance insights.
  • Consolidate campaign results, market feedback and key learnings to support global teams and future planning cycles.
  • Capture campaign execution learnings and feed them into future planning cycles.
  • Promote consistent approaches to planning, reporting and feedback, and facilitate sharing best practices, assets and templates across markets and teams.

Qualifications

  • Strong organisational and project management skills, including managing multiple priorities, timelines and stakeholders across markets and functions.
  • Good understanding of marketing channels, including retail, wholesale, CRM, PR and influence, outlet, and digital/e-commerce.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to create clarity, drive alignment and facilitate collaboration across global, hub and local teams.
  • Strong presentation and synthesis skills, including translating complex inputs into clear, structured and visually compelling planning decks and campaign overviews.
