Role & Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals and maintain awareness of annual, monthly, and daily targets.
• Develop a personal sales business through proactive selling, use of a client book, and active client tracking and profiling.
• Understand how and when to close a sale.
• Create a positive impression of HUGO BOSS through an exceptional shopping experience and engaging merchandise presentations.
• Maintain a positive attitude toward customers and colleagues, with professional standards and a polished floor presence, including greeting, friendly posture, poise, and image projection.
• Use basic communication skills and maintain strong communication with sales associates, support staff, managers, corporate personnel, and customers.
• Actively maintain client book and profile records.
• Demonstrate general knowledge of alteration procedures.
• Follow through on commitments made to customers and maintain current knowledge of customer service standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service and proactively identify ways to improve the customer experience.
• Inform customers about upcoming events and communicate return and exchange policies.
• Assist with re-merchandising as needed and maintain back stock.
• Maintain professional dress and high standards of personal grooming; a uniform will be provided soon.
• Participate in product knowledge seminars and demonstrate knowledge of the latest product designs to customers.
• Educate customers about HUGO BOSS products and lifestyles.
• Handle store opening operations.
• Execute operational strategies that support positive operating profits.

Qualifications

• BS college degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of specialty retail management experience.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated strong customer service and communication skills.
• Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial.
• Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent knowledge of HUGO BOSS products.
