Role & Responsibilities

• Convey a positive impression of HUGO BOSS through an exceptional shopping experience, compelling merchandise presentations and operational strategies that support positive operating profits.
• Achieve sales goals and stay informed of annual, monthly and daily sales targets.
• Develop personal selling through proactive sales techniques, client book use, and active client tracking and profiling.
• Demonstrate effective sales-closing techniques.
• Maintain a positive attitude toward customers and coworkers, with an engaging floor presence, friendly posture and professional image.
• Use effective communication skills and maintain strong communication with sales associates, support staff, managers, corporate personnel and customers.
• Actively maintain client and profile books.
• Demonstrate general knowledge of alteration procedures.
• Create lasting, positive customer impressions and maintain professional standards with customers, peers and management.
• Follow through on commitments made to customers and maintain current knowledge of customer service standards.
• Deliver service that exceeds customer expectations and proactively generate ideas to improve the customer experience.
• Inform customers about upcoming events and explain return and exchange policies.
• Assist with re-merchandising as needed and maintain back stock.
• Wear professional attire; a uniform will be provided soon, and maintain high personal grooming standards.
• Participate in product knowledge seminars; understand the latest product designs and educate customers about HUGO BOSS products and lifestyles.
• Perform store-opening operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of specialty retail management experience.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated strength in customer service and communication.
• Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented and entrepreneurial.
• Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
