Role & Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals and remain aware of annual, monthly, and daily targets.
• Develop personal business through proactive sales techniques, use of the client book, and active client tracking and profiling.
• Demonstrate knowledge of how and when to close a sale.
• Maintain a positive attitude toward customers and coworkers.
• Maintain effective floor presence through greetings, friendly posture, poise, and appropriate image projection.
• Use basic communication skills effectively.
• Keep client book and profile information actively maintained.
• Demonstrate general knowledge of alteration procedures.
• Create a lasting, positive impression on customers.
• Maintain professional standards with customers, peers, and management.

• Assist with re-merchandising as needed.

• Communicate effectively with sales associates, support staff, managers, corporate personnel, and customers.
• Maintain professional dress and high standards of personal grooming; a uniform will be provided soon.
• Participate in product knowledge seminars.
• Understand the company’s latest product designs and communicate that knowledge to customers; educate customers about products and Hugo Boss lifestyles.
• Perform opening store operations.
• Deliver an exceptional shopping experience, present merchandise in a way that showcases the brand, and execute operational strategies that support positive operating profits.
• Comply with the company’s COVID vaccination policy, including a booster, by the start date; reasonable accommodations are available for qualifying medical or religious reasons and as required by New York State vaccination law.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of specialty retail management experience.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated strong customer service and communication skills.
• Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial.
• Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.

The base compensation for this position is USD 16.92 per hour.
