Role & Responsibilities

• Represent HUGO BOSS positively by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, presenting merchandise effectively and executing operational strategies that support positive operating profits.
• Develop personal sales through proactive selling techniques, client-book use, and active client tracking and profiling.
• Achieve sales goals and remain aware of annual, monthly and daily targets.
• Know how and when to close a sale.
• Maintain a positive attitude toward customers and coworkers.
• Maintain an effective sales-floor presence, including greeting customers, friendly posture, poise and brand-image projection.
• Create lasting, positive impressions and provide service that exceeds customer expectations.
• Maintain professional standards with customers, peers and management, and follow through on commitments to customers.
• Keep current with customer-service standards and proactively identify ways to improve service.
• Inform customers about upcoming events and explain return and exchange policies.
• Assist with re-merchandising as needed and maintain back stock.
• Communicate effectively with sales associates, support staff, managers, corporate personnel and customers.
• Maintain professional dress and high personal-grooming standards.
• Participate in product-knowledge seminars; understand new product designs and communicate product knowledge to customers.
• Educate customers about HUGO BOSS products and lifestyles.
• Carry out store-opening operations.
• Demonstrate basic communication skills and general knowledge of alteration procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of specialty retail management experience.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated strength in customer service and communication.
• Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented and entrepreneurial.
• Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent knowledge of HUGO BOSS products.
