The Key Holder represents HUGO BOSS through exceptional customer service, relationship-based selling, effective merchandise presentation and execution of store operations, policies and loss-prevention practices. The role is full-time and unlimited, based in Sainte-Foy, Quebec.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent HUGO BOSS positively by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, presenting merchandise effectively and executing operational strategies that support positive operating profits.
- Use effective communication to provide exceptional customer service, drive business with the merchant group and solve problems.
- Achieve personal sales results through relationship selling, building a client base and providing exemplary customer service.
- Maintain awareness of product knowledge, product lines, merchandise promotions and advertisements.
- Build relationships with the community through personal involvement, PR events and advertising opportunities.
- Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintain cash and media accountability at POS registers.
- Assist with merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping.
- Follow and execute company policies, procedures and practices, including signing, pricing and loss prevention.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Strong customer service and selling experience.
- Independence, self-motivation, attention to detail, communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.

Experience
2–3 years of specialty retail sales experience.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
