The Key Holder supports HUGO BOSS store operations by leading staff, driving sales and service, managing inventory and ensuring policy and Health and Safety compliance. This is a temporary role with flexible scheduling and varied hours and days.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience and convey a positive impression of HUGO BOSS.
- Showcase the brand through engaging merchandise presentations and execute operational strategies that support positive operating profits.
- Train and develop staff, serve customers, drive business with the merchant group, and solve problems through effective communication.
- Lead the team in supporting sales, profit and loss management, and inventory control.
- Build a goal-oriented selling culture focused on relationship selling, client development, and exceptional service.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures through regular management and staff meetings, store walk-throughs, and audits.
- Monitor performance, provide direction, and take corrective action when needed.
- Build community relationships through personal involvement, public relations events, and advertising opportunities.
- Evaluate performance issues continuously and actively recruit candidates.
- Work varied hours and days to oversee store operations.
- Ensure Health and Safety requirements are met and empower store staff to uphold high standards in support of store management.
- Maintain knowledge of Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure Health and Safety documentation is accurately recorded and maintained.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 2–3 years of specialty retail management experience.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial.
- Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to process information and merchandise using a computer system and POS register system.
- Ability to communicate with associates and guests.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Skills
Experience
2–3 years of specialty retail management experience
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Mount Royal, Quebec, Canada, with easy access to Montreal.
