The Key Holder represents HUGO BOSS through exceptional customer service, personal selling, effective merchandise presentation, and store operations, while supporting community engagement and loss prevention. This is a full-time, unlimited position at the BOSS Store in Laval.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent HUGO BOSS positively by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, presenting merchandise effectively, and executing operational strategies that support positive operating profits.
- Use effective communication and problem-solving skills to provide exceptional customer service and drive business with the merchant group.
- Achieve personal sales results through relationship selling, building a client base, and exemplary customer service.
- Maintain knowledge of products, product lines, merchandise promotions, and advertisements.
- Build relationships with the community through personal involvement, public relations events, and advertising opportunities.
- Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently and maintain proper cash and media accountabilities at point-of-sale registers.
- Assist with merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
- Follow and execute company policies, procedures, and practices, including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 2–3 years of specialty retail sales experience.
- Strong customer service and selling experience.
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, with communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.
