The Stock Associate at HUGO BOSS’s BOSS Outlet at Cross Iron Mills supports merchandise presentation, shipment verification, replenishment, inventory, and customer product advice while helping deliver an exceptional shopping experience. This is a temporary role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Compare merchandise invoices with received items to verify shipment accuracy.
- Display merchandise on shelves, counters, and tables to attract customers and promote sales.
- Receive, open, unpack, and issue sales-floor merchandise.
- Stock shelves, racks, cases, bins, and tables with new or transferred merchandise.
- Take inventory and examine merchandise to identify items requiring replenishment.
- Answer customers’ questions about merchandise and advise them on product selection.
- Clean display cases, shelves, and aisles.
- Represent HUGO BOSS positively by delivering an exceptional shopping experience and presenting merchandise in a way that showcases the brand and supports positive operating profits.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Effective time-management skills and the ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to handle, place, ship, and receive merchandise.
- Ability to work with retail operating systems, PCs, and scanning equipment.
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor and in stockrooms for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to contribute to an effective and productive team environment.
Skills
Experience
1–2 years of stock experience.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Rocky View County, Alberta, Canada, with easy access to Calgary.
