Role & Responsibilities

• Lead Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, PR and media planning for the Central & Eastern Hub, with a strong focus on above-the-line and trade marketing initiatives.
• Implement and operationalize Global Marketing’s short- and mid-term marketing and communication strategy for the Central & Eastern Hub.
• Translate global brand communication and brand health guidelines into regional actions, define the role of each sales channel, and ensure commercially effective execution in each channel.
• Lead, develop and inspire Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing and PR teams to support commercial channels in meeting business targets and turning customers into brand fans.
• Provide and tailor digital content for e-commerce wholesale partners in line with defined customer segments.
• Build and maintain a strong network across the creative and fashion industries.
• Develop an annual marketing calendar and a three-year plan to support the annual budgeting process.

• Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of relevant business KPIs.
• Deep knowledge of modern marketing tools and platforms.
• Proven experience in project management and steering complex marketing projects.
• Strong networking and relationship-management skills, internally and externally.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience leading teams.
• Strong diplomatic skills, cultural awareness and a confident, professional presence.
• Excellent negotiation skills and a high level of creativity.
