HUGO BOSS seeks an intern to support global retail strategy, performance analysis and retail activations in Metzingen. The six-month internship starts on February 1, 2027, and follows a 37-hour workweek; the working model provides three days in Metzingen and two days remotely.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to strategic retail projects and ad hoc performance analyses, supporting growth through data-driven insights.
- Take ownership of work packages within global retail strategy and growth initiatives.
- Analyze market, customer and retail performance data, and prepare clear reports and presentations for top management.
- Support global retail performance steering by identifying performance gaps and helping define targeted action plans for markets and stores.
- Assist with market and trend research and help plan and execute key retail activations and events, including operational event tasks.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or current Master’s student in Business, Economics or a related field; prior internship experience in strategy, retail or consulting is preferred.
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and a digital mindset with eagerness to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
- Proactive and independent working style, with strong analytical, organizational, communication and time management skills.
- Fluent English; very good German and additional languages are a plus.
- Open-minded, collaborative team player comfortable switching between strategic and analytical tasks and hands-on operational support.
