The Global Offline Media Assistant supports HUGO BOSS’s Global Offline Media team with campaign planning and implementation, partner coordination, creative asset validation, reporting and documentation across key markets. The role is a full-time, six-month internship starting in January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support planning and coordination of global brand campaigns, special offline formats and placements, and cross-channel media partnerships.
- Collect input from markets and hubs using templates, calls and consolidated presentations.
- Help prepare briefs for agencies and partners.
- Track timelines, deliverables and approvals for offline assets, including out-of-home advertising, print and partnership content.
- Facilitate communication with Havas and other partners.
- Help review and validate creative assets for visual consistency, logo placement and store addresses.
- Consolidate post-campaign reports on out-of-home impressions, social content performance and store uplift.
- Help prepare summary presentations and campaign learnings for internal stakeholders.
- Maintain tracking files and document processes.
- Depending on interests and skills, contribute ideas for innovative offline formats, including murals, guerrilla activations and special digital out-of-home placements.
- Depending on interests and skills, support small content-capture projects.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Media or a related field.
- Strong interest in brand campaigns, media, out-of-home advertising and fashion.
- Organized, detail-oriented and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
- Enjoys working in an international environment and communicates confidently in English; French or German is a plus, not mandatory.
- Comfortable with PowerPoint and Excel, with good oral and visual presentation skills.
- Curious and proactive, with the confidence to ask questions and suggest improvements.
- Available for a full-time, six-month internship starting in January 2027.
