HUGO BOSS is seeking a Global Franchise and Travel Retail Intern for a six-month internship starting in mid-January 2027. The intern will support international projects, sales-order processes and collection training video production; the role follows a 37-hour workweek and offers a flexible schedule of three days in Metzingen and two remote.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Global Franchise and Travel Retail team independently and on a target-oriented basis across challenging projects, working closely with international teams.
- Take on partial project management responsibilities and independently prepare communications and training materials.
- Support Key Account Managers with creating and following up on sales orders for international wholesale business partners.
- Support collection training video production, including sample preparation, studio setup coordination, on-set assistance during filming, and potentially content alignment.
Qualifications
- Currently studying business administration, economics or a comparable subject; planning to start such a programme; or recently completed studies, ideally with an international focus.
- Interest in holistic management and international sales; initial experience in fashion, travel retail or franchising is an advantage.
- Fluent English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
- Confident using common MS Office applications, such as Excel and PowerPoint.
- High willingness to learn and perform.
- Good time and task management, with a target-oriented, hands-on approach.
