Role & Responsibilities

• Support the Marketplace Management team in daily operations, including ensuring accurate content presentation—images, product information, sizes and materials—on partner websites such as Zalando, Amazon and Breuninger.
• Work closely and maintain regular communication with relevant internal and external stakeholders to analyse platform business.
• Update and maintain reports used to manage the business.
• Independently handle Digital Graphic Design tasks for directly operated marketplaces, such as Globus.
• Edit and retouch images and create marketing assets for various international platforms.
• Support the team in reviewing the online presentation of the BOSS and HUGO assortment and brands on partner platforms.
• Support the onboarding process by providing image assets.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in international business, eCommerce or business administration, or have an equivalent qualification.
• Interest in retail, fashion and eCommerce.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Very good communication skills and good time-management skills.
• Ideally, initial graphic design experience and a keen eye for detail.
