HUGO BOSS is seeking a full-time Food and Beverage Service Associate for the BOSS Café in Metzingen, working 37 hours per week, with regular shifts Monday to Saturday. The role combines service-station management, guest service and sales, barista and light bar preparation, event support, hygiene, cashiering, order-taking and stock management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Independently manage a service station, ensuring smooth operations and an excellent guest experience.
- Drive active sales and attend to guests as a welcoming host and their first point of contact.
- Prepare specialty coffees and beverages and assist with light bar and snack preparation.
- Support the organization and delivery of exclusive events and store events at the BOSS Café.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with HACCP and comply with all statutory requirements.
- Handle cashiering and order-taking duties, as well as stock management.
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in hospitality, such as restaurant or hotel management, or relevant experience in a café, restaurant, or bar.
- Enjoy interacting with people and have an understanding of guests’ preferences.
- Experience managing a service station is an advantage.
- Strong teamwork, flexibility, and an independent approach to work.
- Well-groomed, confident presence and a strong sense of hospitality.
- Very good German and good English, in view of the international clientele.
- Availability for regular shifts Monday to Saturday on a full-time basis.
