HUGO BOSS is hiring a Fashion Advisor for BOSS Galerías Metepec to deliver excellent customer service, advise clients on merchandise and maximize sales opportunities. This is a full-time, permanent role with working hours from 10:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and two days off during the week.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and exceed customer expectations at every opportunity.
- Maximize each sales opportunity to achieve store sales targets and individual performance indicators.
- Identify customers’ needs and answer product-related questions.
- Answer questions about the price, location, features, benefits and use of HUGO BOSS merchandise.
- Ensure customer orders and alterations are completed efficiently and on time.
- Build product knowledge to recommend products and draw customers’ attention to them, maximizing sales opportunities.
Qualifications
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar position in the luxury fashion segment.
- Ability to understand and represent the brand’s attributes.
- Motivation, an open attitude and a professional presence.
- Willingness to learn and develop continuously.
