HUGO BOSS is seeking a Digital Transformation Project Management Intern from April 2027 for a six-month internship, supporting the transformation of its digital core systems and coordinating projects and global roll-out teams. The role also contributes to executive presentations, change management, communications, events, analyses and reporting, alongside administrative and project tasks.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support program management in coordinating multiple projects and global roll-out teams.
- Help prepare presentations for the executive board and HUGO BOSS AG’s top management.
- Support change management, marketing and communications, and event organization.
- Contribute to analyses and reports, for example using Excel and Azure DevOps.
- Handle administrative tasks, including meeting preparation and follow-up.
- Take ownership of project tasks according to individual strengths and interests, such as developing and implementing ideas and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently studying business administration, media and communications, business informatics or a comparable subject, or have successfully completed a degree.
- Interest in project management, change management and communications; initial exposure through seminars, coursework or practical experience is an advantage.
- Responsibility, reliability, motivation and a goal-oriented approach to work.
- Quick to grasp new information and enjoys learning.
- Very good written and spoken German and/or English.

Education
Currently studying business administration, media and communications, business informatics or a comparable subject, or have successfully completed a degree.
