The Assistant Store Manager at the HUGO BOSS outlet at CrossIron Mills in Rocky View leads team development, sales, client service, inventory control, and store operations while ensuring Health and Safety standards. The role is full-time and unlimited/permanent, with base pay plus commission.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience and represent HUGO BOSS positively through merchandise presentations and operational strategies that support operating profit.
- Train and develop staff, provide exceptional customer service, support the merchant group in driving business, and resolve problems through effective communication.
- Lead the team in supporting sales, profit and loss management, and inventory control.
- Build a goal-oriented selling culture focused on relationship selling, client-base development, and exceptional service.
- Ensure standard operating procedures are carried out and policies are followed.
- Build community relationships through personal involvement, public relations events, and advertising opportunities.
- Evaluate and address performance issues continuously, and actively recruit candidates.
- Ensure Health and Safety requirements are met, support store management in upholding high standards, and empower store staff in this area.
- Maintain knowledge of Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure Health and Safety documentation is properly recorded and maintained.
Qualifications
- A BS college degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 1–2 years of specialty retail management experience.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial.
- Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.
- Excellent knowledge of HUGO BOSS products.

1–2 years of specialty retail management experience.
Education
