HUGO BOSS offers a three-year cook apprenticeship starting 1 September 2027, with rotations across its Food & Beverage operations, including the Good Times staff restaurant, Healthy staff restaurant and Outlet Metzingen Café, and Monday-to-Friday working hours. Training covers food preparation and service, customer conversations, stock and operational data; the school component is delivered in blocks with Paul-Kerschensteiner-Schule, with the option to gain an additional Kitchen and Service Management qualification through the KSM model.
Role & Responsibilities
- Learn all facets of the Food & Beverage department, including food preparation and cooking, serving food, conducting customer conversations, tracking figures and data, and monitoring stock.
- Continuously deepen professional knowledge through internal training.
- Build an internal network by participating in Young Talent projects.
- Complete the school-based component in block instruction in cooperation with Paul-Kerschensteiner-Schule in Bad Überkingen.
- Have the opportunity to earn the additional qualification in Kitchen and Service Management through the KSM model.
Qualifications
- A good Hauptschulabschluss or Realschulabschluss; grades matter, but personality, strengths and interests are the primary focus.
- Good German and English skills for working in an international environment.
- A passion for cooking and an interest in making it a profession; enthusiasm for quality ingredients and food, and enjoyment of hosting in a private setting.
