Role & Responsibilities

• Advises HUGO BOSS business functions, local Compliance contacts and subsidiaries on anti-corruption and anti-money-laundering matters.
• Supports business functions, local Compliance contacts and subsidiaries in implementing legal requirements in their day-to-day work.
• Identifies and analyses risks in the relevant areas of law and develops risk-mitigation measures.
• Develops the internal Business Partner Due Diligence and KYC system and monitors compliance with it.
• Reviews business partners for risks in the relevant areas of law.
• Organises training and trains employees in Germany and internationally.
• Provides comprehensive support for the whistleblowing system, particularly by reviewing, assessing and investigating Compliance reports.
• Reports to the Compliance & Human Rights Officer of HUGO BOSS AG and supports the further development of the Compliance Management System in the relevant areas of law.

Qualifications

• Ideally holds a degree focused on law or business and has very good knowledge of the relevant areas of law.
• Ideally has 2–3 years of professional experience in the relevant areas of law at an internationally active company or international law firm.
• Values teamwork, is flexible and demonstrates a high level of commitment and responsibility.
• Can quickly grasp complex matters, identify Compliance risks and develop pragmatic solutions.
• Has fluent English skills in speaking and writing and enjoys advising employees worldwide.
• Demonstrates professional and interpersonal competence and a confident manner.

Skills

Experience

Ideally 2–3 years of professional experience in the relevant areas of law at an internationally active company or international law firm.

Education

Ideally, a degree focused on law or business.
