HUGO BOSS is seeking a Client Advisor for its BOSS team at Galeria Bałtycka in Gdańsk, on a full-time or part-time basis under an unlimited-term contract. The role focuses on customer service, cash register operation, presentation and upkeep of merchandise, receiving deliveries, and preparing stock for sale.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve customers in accordance with HUGO BOSS standards, creating an exceptional experience with every visit.
- Operate the cash register.
- Maintain product displays and keep the sales floor orderly and welcoming.
- Receive deliveries and prepare merchandise for sale, ensuring the assortment is ready on time.
- Create an exceptional shopping atmosphere, present collections attractively, and support the team with responsibility and commitment.
Qualifications
- Enjoys working as part of a team.
- Available to work weekends, especially Saturdays.
- Demonstrates a high level of personal decorum.
- Has customer service experience and an interest in fashion.
