The Sales Associate represents HUGO BOSS, delivers excellent customer service, drives store and individual sales, answers product questions, and helps maintain the store and stock. This is a part-time, 24-hour position on an unlimited contract in Eindhoven.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the HUGO BOSS brand to the highest standards in daily activities.
- Deliver excellent customer service, exceed customer expectations, and adhere to company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Maximize selling opportunities to achieve store and individual sales targets and KPI indicators.
- Identify customer needs and answer product-related questions, including queries about price, location, features, benefits, and use of HUGO BOSS merchandise.
- Help keep the store tidy and neat and maintain assortment stock.
Qualifications
- At least an MBO-level degree.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar position in the luxury fashion segment is preferred.
- Understand and represent the brand attributes.
- Driven, with an open attitude and a representative appearance.
- Flexible attitude; able to work weekends and evenings.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Live near Eindhoven.

Experience
At least 2–3 years in a similar position in the luxury fashion segment is preferred.
Education
At least MBO level.
