HUGO BOSS is seeking a full-time Sales Associate at Selfridges Birmingham to deliver excellent customer service, build customer loyalty and support store performance. The role also covers CRM data quality, transactions, complaints and returns, stock management, loss prevention and compliance with store procedures and policies.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and build a loyal base of repeat customers.
- Gather and maintain high-quality CRM data.
- Contribute to the store’s performance targets and individual KPIs.
- Assist with transactions, complaints and returns.
- Participate in regular training to support continued development.
- Support loss-prevention operations and stock management.
- Use business systems and the latest technology proficiently.
- Promote the use of available tools and ensure procedures are carried out and policies followed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service, with an excellent understanding of the premium fashion industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
