HUGO BOSS seeks a part-time Saturday Cashier for its outlet in Metzingen to provide engaging service for BOSS customers, manage checkout operations, and support sales as needed. The role begins immediately on a six-month temporary contract, with the possibility of extension following successful collaboration.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process checkout transactions efficiently, including accurate cash handling and counterfeit-currency checks.
- Ensure proper cash reconciliation and maintain and optimize checkout processes.
- Work independently within the team, take responsibility for assigned tasks, and remain a reliable team member.
- Handle complaints, exchanges, customer reservations, and customer inquiries.
- Support the sales team as needed.
Qualifications
- Natural aptitude for excellent customer service, with good communication and organizational skills.
- Fluent German and good English; additional foreign-language skills, such as French, are preferred.
- A confident, positive manner that helps customers feel well cared for.
