HUGO BOSS is seeking a Store Manager for its BOSS Store in Sainte-Foy, Quebec, to lead store operations, sales, team development, client experience, and community engagement. The role is full-time and unlimited-term.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience and present HUGO BOSS positively through engaging merchandise displays and operational strategies that support positive operating profits.
- Train and develop staff, provide exceptional customer service, support business with the merchant group, and resolve problems through effective communication.
- Drive sales, manage profit and loss, and control inventory.
- Build a goal-oriented selling culture focused on relationship selling, client development, and exceptional service.
- Ensure standard operating procedures are carried out and policies are followed.
- Build community relationships through personal involvement, public relations events, and advertising opportunities.
- Manage staff activities, including hiring, training, appraising, rewarding, motivating, and disciplining employees.
- Monitor performance, provide direction, and take corrective action when needed.
- Recruit candidates at all levels.
Qualifications
- A four-year degree is preferred.
- Experience managing higher-volume operations and overseeing multiple store locations.
- Experience overseeing and managing a headcount of 40 or more employees.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, time-management, and leadership skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial.
- Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent knowledge of HUGO BOSS products.
- Strong consulting, negotiation, problem-resolution, mediation, and interpersonal skills.

Experience
5 years of specialty retail management experience.
Education
A four-year degree is preferred.
