Role & Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and follow-up of one-to-one meetings and annual reviews in collaboration with the management team.
• Supervise, structure and develop the Stock team, ensuring reliable merchandise management and back-office operations.
• Provide ongoing training for the Stock team through on-the-floor coaching, HUGO BOSS University online training and Retail Training sessions, focusing on logistics processes and HUGO BOSS standards.
• Ensure product availability in store and maintain appropriate stock levels to support a premium front-of-house customer experience.
• Analyse stock indicators, including turnover, discrepancies, inventories and replenishment, and propose concrete action plans to improve them.
• Oversee all loss-prevention operations.
• Support teams with returns, after-sales service and complex customer transactions.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, standards and HUGO BOSS requirements for security, inventories, stock movements and documentation.
• Represent and embody HUGO BOSS values and vision as a brand ambassador, including in back-office operations.
• Promote stock-management best practices within the store, fostering reliability, operational efficiency and service excellence.
• Act as a management-team liaison in the daily operational management of the store.
• Supervise and support the Stock team to ensure effective merchandise flows and back-office management.
• Lead the Stock team on a day-to-day basis, reporting to the Assistant Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of stock and back-office operations, including merchandise flows, inventories, replenishment, transfers and accurate stock movements.
• Good knowledge of the brand and respect for the group's values.
• Passion for fashion and performance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to business needs.
• Willingness to learn and improve.
• Basic knowledge of English is essential.
