The Assistant Store Manager at HUGO BOSS supports store performance through sales leadership, profit and loss management, inventory control, staff development, client relationships, recruitment, and Health and Safety oversight. This is a full-time, unlimited-term role in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience and present HUGO BOSS merchandise to create a positive impression of the brand.
- Train and develop staff, deliver excellent customer service, support business with the merchant group, and resolve problems through effective communication.
- Lead the team in supporting sales, managing profit and loss, and controlling inventory.
- Build a goal-oriented selling culture focused on relationship-based selling, client development, and exceptional service.
- Ensure standard operating procedures are executed and policies are followed.
- Build community relationships through personal involvement, public relations events, and advertising opportunities.
- Evaluate performance issues and actively recruit candidates.
- Ensure Health and Safety requirements are met, support store management in this area, and empower staff to uphold high standards.
- Maintain knowledge of Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure Health and Safety documentation is accurately recorded and maintained.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 1–2 years of specialty retail management experience.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial.
- Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.
- Excellent knowledge of HUGO BOSS products.

Experience
1–2 years of specialty retail management experience.
Education
A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
