HUGO BOSS is seeking a permanent Assistant Store Manager in Milton Keynes to support the Store Manager, oversee store operations and team performance, and deliver excellent customer service. The role covers recruitment support, KPI achievement, customer loyalty, operational compliance and local market awareness.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assume full responsibility for all store areas, team members and related operational tasks in the Store Manager’s absence.
- Support the Store Manager with recruitment, staff planning and performance measurement.
- Drive the team to achieve store performance targets and KPIs.
- Implement and maintain a customer-centric approach to build a loyal customer base.
- Drive the use of available tools and ensure procedures are executed and policies are followed.
- Monitor competitors and local markets, sharing relevant findings with the Area Manager and retail team.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar management role within fashion and lifestyle retail.
- Passion for leading, motivating and training team members through active supervision.
- Flexibility and adaptability to business needs.
- Strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge.
- Willingness to continually learn and develop.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
