Role & Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in sharing disciplinary and professional responsibility for a dynamic, motivated team.
• Recruit new employees and guide them through onboarding and coaching to build a team that embodies the brand’s values.
• Manage the store jointly with the Store Manager and optimize work processes through targeted KPI analysis to achieve sales targets and ensure store success.
• Maintain an outstanding store appearance through compelling product presentation and implementation of all visual merchandising guidelines.
• Improve customer engagement and CRM by providing compelling product presentation, comprehensive advice and service, memorable shopping experiences, and lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of relevant leadership experience in fashion retail or a comparable position.
• Completed vocational training in retail, such as a qualification as a retail sales assistant, or an equivalent qualification.
• Fluent German and English.
• Solid IT skills, including MS Office applications and ideally SAP, as well as digital affinity.
• Strong sales orientation and organizational skills, with the ability to stay focused and prioritize customer needs.
• Passion for the sales floor and a hands-on approach, with the ability to motivate the team to perform at a high level.
• Confident manner, positive presence, and empathy to create a welcoming customer experience and serve as an inspiring role model for the team.
