HUGO BOSS is hiring a permanent, full-time Assistant Store Manager in Glasgow Silverburn. The role supports the Store Manager across store operations, recruitment, staff planning and performance, leading the team to achieve KPIs and deliver excellent customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as an inspirational role model and support the Store Manager in monitoring and managing all store areas and team members to achieve KPIs and deliver excellent customer service.
- Take full responsibility for all store areas, team members and associated operational tasks in the Store Manager’s absence.
- Support the Store Manager with recruitment, staff planning and performance measurement.
- Drive the team to achieve store performance targets and KPIs.
- Implement and maintain a customer-centric approach to build a loyal customer base.
- Promote the use of available tools and ensure procedures are executed and policies followed.
- Maintain awareness of competitors and local markets, sharing relevant findings with the Area Manager and retail team.

- Previous experience in a similar management role within fashion and lifestyle retail.
- Passion for leading, motivating and training team members through active supervision.
- Flexibility and adaptability to business needs.
- Strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge.
- Willingness to continually learn and develop.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
- Experience networking and building relationships.
