HUGO BOSS is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Eindhoven to support the Store Manager with overall store operations, administration, sales and profitability targets, KPI performance, and team development. The role is full-time and unlimited-term, with responsibility for customer experience, coaching, recruitment and performance management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in managing the overall store operation and contribute to store productivity.
- Help achieve sales, corporate and individual productivity goals and profit targets; maximize customer conversion and add-on sales by closely monitoring KPI performance.
- Work with the Store Manager to address performance-related issues where necessary.
- Assist the Store Manager with training and development, recruitment, and motivating and coaching the team.
- Oversee store operations and execute administrative tasks together with the Store Manager.
- Deliver excellent customer experiences, exceed customer expectations, and serve as a role model and host for the team.
- Monitor competitors and market trends.
Qualifications
- At least an MBO-level degree.
- At least 2–3 years of demonstrable success as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor with a recognized brand.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Lives near Eindhoven.
