Role & Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in sharing disciplinary and professional responsibility for a dynamic, motivated team.
• Recruit new employees and guide them through onboarding and coaching.
• Manage the store jointly with the Store Manager and optimize workflows through KPI analysis to achieve sales targets and ensure store performance.
• Maintain an excellent store presentation through compelling product displays and implementation of all visual merchandising guidelines.
• Improve customer engagement and customer relationship management through effective product presentation, comprehensive advice and service, creating memorable shopping experiences and long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of relevant leadership experience in fashion retail or a comparable position.
• Successfully completed vocational training in retail business, such as retail sales training, or an equivalent qualification.
• Fluent German and English; an additional foreign language is desirable.
• Strong IT skills, including MS Office applications and ideally SAP, together with digital affinity.
• Strong sales orientation and organizational talent, with the ability to stay on top of priorities and put customer needs first.
• A passion for the sales floor and a hands-on approach, with the ability to motivate the team to high performance.
• Confidence, a positive presence and empathy, with the ability to make customers feel comfortable and act as an inspiring role model for the team.

Experience
