Role & Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager across store operations, customer service, clienteling, and coaching and motivating team members.
• Manage and complete daily and weekly operational tasks and activities.
• Drive individual and store sales performance.
• Deliver genuine, authentic customer service in line with company values and expectations.
• Identify ways to grow the customer database and increase client retention.
• Act as a brand ambassador and lead by example.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards represent the brand and optimise sales.
• Manage stock to optimise sales.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to positively influence sales and profit results.
• Familiarity with KPIs and how to drive them for ongoing success.
• Genuine interest in the fashion industry and enthusiasm for sharing styling expertise.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to the audience and situation.
• Leadership and people-management experience is desirable.
• Knowledge and ability to roster teams to optimise productivity.
• Understanding of profit and loss and the factors that can be influenced at store-management level.
