HUGO BOSS is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for its BOSS Los Cabos store to lead and support sales teams, deliver excellent customer experiences, manage inventory, analyse sales performance and contribute to sales strategies and promotions. The role is full-time and unlimited-term, with a Monday-to-Sunday schedule from 10:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and two weekdays off.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the sales team in achieving targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
- Manage and control product inventory.
- Conduct sales analysis and prepare performance reports.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and promotions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management position in retail.
- Strong knowledge of the fashion market and current trends.
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
