HUGO BOSS is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for its Sawgrass outlet in Sunrise, Florida, to lead staff, support sales and inventory performance, deliver excellent customer experiences, and maintain Health & Safety standards. This is a full-time position; benefits include commission, health and wellness benefits, earned vacation and sick time, company-paid holidays, and an employee discount.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience and represent HUGO BOSS positively in the marketplace.
- Showcase the brand through engaging merchandise presentations and execute operational strategies that support positive operating profits.
- Train and develop staff, provide exceptional customer service, drive business with the merchant group, and resolve problems through effective communication.
- Lead the team in supporting sales, managing profit and loss, and controlling inventory.
- Build a goal-oriented selling culture focused on relationship selling, client-base development, and exceptional service.
- Ensure standard operating procedures are executed and policies are followed.
- Build community relationships through personal involvement, PR events, and advertising opportunities.
- Evaluate performance issues and actively recruit candidates.
- Ensure Health & Safety requirements are fulfilled and empower store staff to maintain high standards in support of store management.
- Maintain knowledge of Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure Health & Safety documentation is accurately recorded and maintained.
Qualifications
- BS college degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 1–2 years of specialty retail management experience.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial.
- Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.
- Excellent knowledge of HUGO BOSS products.
