Role & Responsibilities

• Represent HUGO BOSS positively by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, presenting merchandise effectively, and implementing operational strategies that support positive operating profits.
• Train and develop staff, deliver exceptional customer service, support business with the merchant group, and resolve problems through effective communication.
• Lead the team in achieving positive results by supporting sales, profit and loss management, and inventory control.
• Build a goal-oriented selling culture focused on relationship selling, developing a client base, and exceptional service.
• Ensure standard operating procedures are carried out and company policies are followed.
• Build community relationships through personal involvement, public relations events, and advertising opportunities.
• Monitor performance issues and respond to them, and actively recruit candidates.
• Ensure Health and Safety requirements are met, empower store staff to uphold high standards, and support store management in this area.
• Maintain knowledge of Health and Safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure Health and Safety documentation is accurately recorded and maintained.

Qualifications

• A bachelor of science degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of specialty retail management experience.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial.
• Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
• A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.
• Excellent knowledge of HUGO BOSS products.
