Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional shopping experience and present HUGO BOSS merchandise to create a positive brand impression.
• Train and develop staff, provide exceptional customer service, drive business with the merchant group, and resolve problems.
• Lead the team in achieving sales and profit results, managing profit and loss, and controlling inventory.
• Build a goal-oriented selling culture focused on relationship selling, developing a client base, and providing exceptional service.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures through regular management and staff meetings, store walk-throughs, and audits.
• Monitor performance, provide direction, and take corrective action when needed.
• Build community relationships through personal involvement, public relations events, and advertising opportunities.
• Evaluate performance issues and actively recruit candidates.
• Support store management in implementing Health & Safety policies and operating procedures through training and guidance.
• Implement local laws and regulations and uphold HUGO BOSS Health & Safety standards.
• Maintain complete Health & Safety documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science college degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of specialty retail management experience.
• Strong customer service and selling experience.
• Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to process information and merchandise through computer and POS register systems.
• Ability to communicate with associates and guests.
• Ability to work varied hours and days to oversee store operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.

Experience

2–3 years of specialty retail management experience.

Education

Bachelor of Science college degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
